Two operators. One opinion. Trades deserve better web work.
The story
TL;DR — I’m Bryce Swager. I run SwagerBuilds — a custom-home shop in Eastern Idaho. My wife is Gabriella Marie Cole — Gabby. She runs the operations side. Together we run S4 Media.
I built swagerbuilds.com in 2024 because every agency quote I got was either $15K and three months out, or $300/mo for a “do-it-yourself” platform that produced something I’d be embarrassed to hand to a client. So I read the docs, wired it up myself, ran my own ads, claimed my own GBP, learned the schema markup, and shipped it.
It worked. Leads doubled. Then tripled. Then friends in the trades started asking me to build theirs. Auto Alignment & Calibrations. Idaho Pest. Three more in 2026.
S4 Media is what came out of that. Not an agency. Not a freelancer. A productized build for trades — at honest prices.
What we believe
Builders make the best web work for other builders. We’ve actually used the lead form to get a job. We’ve actually waited 12 hours for a quote because the form went to a spam folder. We’ve actually had a Wix site fail under load. Our background as operators is the qualification.
Trades get screwed by “agencies.” $1,200/mo SEO mills. $15K design studios who outsource to Pakistan. “Growth partners” who talk about brand stories and never produce a backlink. We won’t be that.
Plain numbers. Plain English. Plain results. Every price is published. Every promise is measurable and scoped. Every case study has real client confirmation. If we can’t say it without jargon, we don’t say it.
How we work
S4 Media is run by a working custom home builder — same systems Bryce uses to rank SwagerBuilds.com. Every tier is backed by a Day-90 promise: setup fee and first monthly are charged at signup, monthly runs on a 30-day cycle, and if we don’t get 3 target keywords into Google’s top 20 (top 10 on T3) inside 90 days, monthly billing stops permanently — no future billing, no refund of prior months. Where we’re located
Idaho Falls + Rexburg, Eastern Idaho. We work with builders across Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming primarily — anywhere we can pick up the phone in Mountain Time.
