Why a setup fee plus a monthly? Because the site is a build. The monthly is the hosting, security updates, content work, and lead-funnel monitoring. It’s the same model your phone company uses — except we ship something real on day one.

Can I cancel the monthly? Yes. Anytime after Day 90. If the Day-90 milestone hit, monthly runs on a 30-day cycle and you can cancel at any billing cycle — you keep the site, the domain, and we hand you a clean export. If the Day-90 milestone missed, monthly stops automatically on Day 90 and never runs again. No claw-back, no ransom.

Can I pay annual instead of monthly? Yes. Pay 10 months upfront, get 2 free. Email billing@s4media.co after checkout. Annual is billed post-milestone only — during the first 90 days you’re on monthly billing so the Day-90 stop mechanic works cleanly.
